All classes are $40/month. MMA Club $60/month. Full scholarships are available for those with financial hardships.

Congratulations to our Big Bear Middle School Wrestling Team coached by Bob Antonacci.  In 2010 we had two league champs, Noah Marquez and Chris Chamblin. We had two third place wrestlers, Brandon Mendez and Art Atilano. Not bad for a first year team (the last wrestling team at the middle school was 13 years ago).

 Youth, Teen and Adult MMA Programs. We offer classes in boxing, wrestling, kick boxing, taekwondo, grappling and Jui Jitsu.  We have sponsorships available for those with financial hardships.  Everyone is welcome.

"Tap Out Crime" Program. Teens and young adults that live in high risk areas, who have contact with the criminal justice system or have family members who have had contact with the criminal justice system, have behavioral problems, or who need a positive influence to help build their moral integrity are ideal candidates for our programs. Sponsorships will be available for those who need financial assistance. No individual in our Tap Out Crime program will be let go for inability to pay the monthly membership.

PERFORMANCE TRAINING PROGRAM

Being in peak physical condition for Boxing and MMA is essential for success. Unfortunately, even at the professional level many boxers and MMA fighters are not conditioned adequately.  Inadequate training, poor nutrition and improper supplementation results to poor performance.

Bob Antonacci, MSEd-Exercise Physiologist and founder of the Sky High Training Center is offering the following conditioning package to amateur and professional boxers and MMA fighters. 

For a retainer fee of $50.00 a month you will receive the following services:

• Complete blood profile (CBC, hemoglobin, iron, red blood cell count, minerals, lipids, kidney and liver function)- Two test per year.

• Max VO2, anaerobic power and body composition testing. Baseline testing and follow-up testing prior to competition-Two test per year.

•  On going daily conditioning programs individualized according to the test results.

• On going consultations on sport nutrition and supplementation to improve performance (including beta alanine, L-Arginine, sodium bicarbonate, creatine and caffeine).

• Unlimited utilization of our Big Bear high altitude training facility as a preparation prior to competitions.
